Water freezes into a solid at standard atmospheric pressure when the temperature reaches 0 °C. This is the freezing point—the temperature where liquid water and ice are in equilibrium, so below it water tends to freeze and above it ice melts (when present). The other temperatures refer to different phase changes or common values: 100 °C is the boiling point of water at 1 atm, -273.15 °C is absolute zero, and 37 °C is typical human body temperature. So 0 °C is the correct freezing point.
